Refund Policy

We stand behind every piece SKRT makes. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the eligibility rules below.


1. Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The clock starts on the day the carrier marks your order as delivered.

Requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unopened, in original, unused condition: no signs of wear, scratches, sweat, perfume residue, makeup, or alteration.
  • In its original packaging with all original paperwork, including the SKRT gift box, polishing cloth, certificate of authenticity (where included), and any other accessories or documentation shipped with the order.
  • Tags attached (where applicable).
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase: order number and the email used at checkout.
  • The return is initiated through SKRT's return process before being shipped back (see Section 4).

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

3. Items that are NOT eligible for return

The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry: including custom pendants, engraved pieces, name-plates, or any product produced to a customer's specifications.
  • Pierced earrings: for hygiene and health reasons.
  • Gift cards.
  • Outlet, clearance, or final-sale items: clearly marked as such on the product page or at checkout.
  • Items damaged, worn, or altered after delivery.
  • SKRT Pets items worn by or placed on an animal: final sale, non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Items purchased at 40% or more off (through a promotional discount or code) are not fully final sale: they are eligible for exchange or store credit only, and are not eligible for a monetary refund. See Section 10.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email SKRT customer support at customersupport@iskrt.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply within 1-2 business days with the official SKRT Return / Exchange Authorization Form (PDF).
  3. Print the form, fill it out completely, and sign it. The form captures your name, order number, address, exchange details, and signature.
  4. Scan or photograph the completed form and email it back to customersupport@iskrt.com. Our team reviews the submission and issues a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days.
  5. Once approved, print the signed form and place it inside your return package, alongside the item(s) in their original condition. Ship the package to: SKRT JEWELRY AND APPAREL LLC, 6770 Indian Creek Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33141.
  6. Do not ship anything back without prior written approval and an RA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the carrier and returned to you at your expense.

5. Return shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility: you pay to ship the item back to SKRT at your own cost, unless the return is the result of SKRT's error (wrong item shipped, defect, or damage in transit).
  • We strongly recommend you ship returns via an insured, trackable service with signature confirmation. SKRT is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit on the return leg.
  • Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to SKRT's error.

6. Restocking fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated as 15% of the price actually paid for the item (post-discount, not list price). The fee is deducted from your refund amount and covers inspection, repackaging, and return-to-stock costs.

The 15% restocking fee is waived when:

  • The return is the result of SKRT's error (wrong item shipped, defect, or damage in transit)
  • The item is being returned under our Lifetime Fade-Free Warranty
  • You exchange the item for a different size, length, or style. Instead of receiving a refund, you take a replacement piece and the fee is waived

Example: A piece purchased on sale for $80 (list $115) and returned for a refund: $80 × 15% = $12 restocking fee → $68 refunded to your original payment method (less any return shipping you paid).

7. Inspection & refund processing

  • Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Total refund processing time is up to 30 days from the date we receive your return. This includes our inspection window and the time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your statement.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
  • If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will contact you and offer to return the item to you at your expense.

8. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, length, or style (exchanges are not subject to the 15% restocking fee, see Section 6):

  • Email customersupport@iskrt.com within the 14-day window to request an exchange.
  • The fastest way to receive your replacement is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new piece.
  • Direct exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. Allow 5-7 business days for the replacement to ship after inspection.
  • If the replacement piece is of greater value, the difference must be paid before the exchange ships. If of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact customersupport@iskrt.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
  • We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and ship a replacement or issue a full refund (no restocking fee), at your preference.

10. Promotional offers, free gifts, and sign-up rewards

Free, bonus, gifted, and promotional items have no cash value and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund on their own. This includes any item received free with a purchase, as a Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) bonus, as a gift-with-purchase, or as a reward for signing up for SKRT email or SMS marketing or any other promotion.

  • Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) and bundle offers: The promotional price applies to the order as a whole. To receive a full refund, all items in the promotion must be returned together. If you return only part of a BOGO or bundle order and keep the bonus or free item, your refund is recalculated at full (non-promotional) pricing, and the value of the bonus item is deducted from your refund.
  • Free gift, gift-with-purchase, and sign-up rewards: If you return the qualifying purchase that earned a free or promotional item, or a return drops your order below the qualifying threshold, the free item must be returned with it in new, unworn condition. If the free item is not returned (or is returned worn or damaged), its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.
  • Discount codes: Refund amounts reflect the discounted price actually paid, not the original list price.
  • Items 40% or more off: Items purchased at a promotional discount of 40% or more off (including promo codes) are eligible for exchange or store credit only, and are not eligible for a monetary refund, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
  • Other promotional and sale items: may be eligible for store credit only, at SKRT's discretion.

Promotion eligibility and abuse. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers (including sign-up rewards and free-item offers) are limited to one per customer, household, email address, shipping address, and payment method, and are intended for new or otherwise eligible subscribers. Promotional and free items are non-transferable. SKRT reserves the right to verify eligibility, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, withhold or reverse promotional or free items, and decline returns, exchanges, or service where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or repeated or excessive returns. 11. Warranty repairs vs. returns

Warranty claims (fading, breakage under normal wear) are handled separately from returns and are governed by the SKRT Lifetime Fade-Free Guarantee. Please see the Lifetime Warranty policy for warranty service details.
