How do I place an order?
Add your desired items into your cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. As soon as you are ready to check out, click the "Cart" button in the upper right part of the website. Here, you can update/change/add items in your shopping cart, you may add a discount code if you have one. The following step is checking out, by placing your address and payment information and confirming the order.

How do I know if my order has been received?
Upon placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation E-mail for the order you've placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and handling. After the processing period, you will receive a second E-mail with the tracking number attached, provided by a shipping carrier of your choice.

What forms of payment do you take?  
We accept secured payments via credit / debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and we can do a bank wire / Zelle if you would like to inform us ahead of time. At checkout, you can also split the final price to 4 equal payments by choosing Quadpay as a payment method, using your credit / debit card if you live in the United States. 

I put an incorrect address or incorrect information when placing my order, but now my order has already been placed. What can I do?
If you put an incorrect address, you might contact us to check if the order has not shipped yet so we can cancel it in order for you to place a new order with the correct information. Once an order was placed, there will be no changes to any information including your shipping or billing address so please make sure to put the correct shipping and billing addresses.

What does SKRT charge for shipping?
Initial shipping is offered as free (no charge) worldwide via USPS First Class International Mail. Upon checkout, you may select alternative faster shipping options which we charge for depending on the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL or UPS) and shipping time.
How long does shipping take?
A shipment in the United States is delivered within 1-3 business days and shipping outside of the United States is delivered within 5-21 business days. SKRT takes up to 48 hours to process and prepare your order before shipping.
When will I know my order has been shipped?
After processing and shipping your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the carrier of your choice. You may check your tracking number at anytime you desire until you receive the package. Once it says “Delivered”, it means your package has been delivered by the shipping courier.

Can I cancel my order before it's shipped?

A customer is not eligible for order cancellation before the order has shipped out. Customer may follow return/ exchange procedures after they have taken possession of their shipment and return back to the shipping department at dedicated return shipping address provided by SKRT.

If my shipping address is outside of the US, will I have to pay an Import Tax when placing the order?
You won’t have to pay for Import Taxes on our website; however, you being the customer, will be importing the items and you have to be aware of all rules and regulations of your destination country. All orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import tax, which are in effect once the shipment reaches it’s destination country.
According to my tracking number, my package has been delivered but I don’t physically have it. What should I do next?
SKRT is not responsible for missing or lost packages once the tracking shows status as "delivered". Use the tracking number we provide you with to follow the order until it is delivered. If you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it has been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room and local post office before contacting SKRT.
I live in Florida and want to see the jewelry in person, what are my options?

If my desired product does not have the "add to cart" button, does that mean it's out of stock?
Yes, this means the product is temporarily out of stock. We offer an option in which you can enter your personal E-mail address to be notified when the product is back in stock.
