Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms govern promotional offers run by SKRT Jewelry and Apparel LLC ("SKRT"), including Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) offers and free-gift or sign-up reward offers. By participating in any SKRT promotion, you agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy. A specific offer may carry additional terms stated at the point of the offer; where they conflict, the offer-specific terms control.

1. General promotion terms

• Promotions are available to customers with a valid United States shipping address, while supplies last, for a limited time.
• Unless an offer states otherwise, each promotion is limited to one (1) per customer, household, email address, shipping address, and payment method.
• Promotional and free items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit except where required by law.
• Offers cannot be combined with other offers, codes, or discounts unless expressly stated.
• SKRT may modify, suspend, or end any promotion, and may verify eligibility, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and withhold or reverse promotional items, at any time and at its sole discretion.

2. Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) offers

• Where a BOGO offer applies (for example, buy one and get one free or discounted), the offer is applied automatically at checkout to qualifying items in your cart. Unless stated otherwise, the discount applies to the lower-priced eligible item.
• The promotional price applies to the order as a whole. Returns of BOGO orders are governed by our Refund Policy, Section 10: to receive a full refund, all items in the promotion must be returned together. If you return only part of a BOGO order and keep the bonus item, your refund is recalculated at full (non-promotional) pricing, and the value of the bonus item is deducted from your refund.

3. Free gift with email and SMS sign-up

From time to time SKRT offers a free item (for example, a free chain) when you sign up for SKRT email and SMS marketing. Where this offer runs, the following apply:

• New subscribers only. The offer is valid for first-time subscribers and is limited to one (1) per customer, household, email address, shipping address, and payment method.
• The free item is awarded by a single-use, non-transferable code that cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value.
• The offer is valid with a minimum purchase of $100 (before taxes and shipping).
• The free item is not returnable or refundable. If you return the qualifying order, the free item must be returned with it, or its full retail value will be deducted from your refund (see Refund Policy, Section 10).
• The offer is void if you unsubscribe before your order ships, or if we reasonably determine the sign-up is not genuine (for example, disposable email addresses, repeated sign-ups, or multiple accounts or addresses).
• By signing up you consent to receive recurring automated marketing email and text messages from SKRT at the contact details you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

4. Eligibility and abuse

SKRT reserves the right to verify eligibility, limit or cancel orders, withhold or reverse promotional or free items, and decline returns, exchanges, or service where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, code sharing, or repeated or excessive returns. Promotional or free items obtained through fraud or abuse may be voided or charged at full price.

5. Changes

SKRT may update these Promotion Terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your participation apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
