This page is the operational companion to our Refund Policy, it walks you through exactly how to start, ship, and complete a return or exchange.


Quick summary

  • Window: 14 days from delivery
  • Condition: Unworn, unopened, original packaging and all paperwork
  • Final sale items: Custom jewelry, pierced earrings, gift cards, outlet/clearance
  • 40% or more off: Exchange or store credit only, not a monetary refund (unless stated otherwise)
  • Cost: Customer pays return shipping back to SKRT (unless SKRT made an error)
  • Restocking fee: 15% on refunds, waived on exchanges and when the return is SKRT’s error (damaged, defective, or wrong item)
  • If the fault is ours: for items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong, SKRT covers return shipping and waives the 15% fee, just email us within 48 hours with photos
  • Form: Provided by customer support, include the signed form in your return package
  • Refund time: up to 30 days from when we receive your return

Step-by-step: How to return or exchange

Step 1, Request a Return Authorization (RA)

Email customersupport@iskrt.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number (from your confirmation email)
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • Reason for return (size, didn't like the look, defective, etc.)
  • For exchanges: the new item, size, or length you'd like instead

Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with:

  • Confirmation that your item is eligible
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number
  • The return shipping address
  • Detailed instructions
  • The official SKRT Return / Exchange Authorization Form to print, complete, and sign

Important: Packages received without a valid RA number or sent to any address other than the one provided in your RA email will be refused.

Step 2, Pack your item

  • Place the item back in its original SKRT gift box.
  • Include the completed, signed SKRT Return / Exchange Authorization Form inside the package, alongside the item.
  • Include all accessories that came with the order: polishing cloth, certificate of authenticity (if any), care card, and any free gifts.
  • Wrap the gift box in protective padding (bubble wrap, foam, or crumpled paper) inside a sturdy shipping box or padded mailer.
  • Shake test: before sealing, gently shake the package. Nothing should move inside. Items that arrive loose or damaged in return packaging may be ineligible for a refund.
  • Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package and on a slip inside.

Step 3, Ship the package

  • Use a trackable, insured shipping service with signature confirmation (USPS Priority with insurance, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
  • Keep a copy of your tracking number and shipping receipt.
  • Email the tracking number to customersupport@iskrt.com once you ship.
  • SKRT is not responsible for return packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Insure your package for at least the full purchase price.

Step 4, Inspection

  • Once we receive your return, our team inspects the item within 3-5 business days.
  • Inspection confirms the item is in original, unworn, unopened condition with all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories.
  • You'll receive an email confirming the inspection outcome.

Step 5, Refund or exchange completion

If a refund was approved: - Refund is issued to your original payment method. - Total refund processing time is up to 30 days from when we receive your return, including inspection and the time for your bank to post the credit.

If an exchange was approved: - Your replacement item ships within 3-5 business days after inspection. - If the new item is of higher value, you'll be invoiced for the difference before it ships. - If of lower value, the difference is refunded to your original payment method.


Frequently asked return questions

Can I return part of a multi-item order?

Yes: you can return individual items as long as each meets eligibility. BOGO and bundle pricing rules still apply (see Refund Policy section 9).

Can I return a gift?

Yes. Provide the order number from the gift receipt (or the original purchaser's email). Refunds will go to the original payment method used by the gift-giver, not to the recipient.

What if my package was lost in return shipping?

Insurance through your carrier is the only way to recover the value. SKRT does not refund items that never reach us.

Can I return an item I bought with a discount code?

Yes, but the refund will reflect the discounted price you actually paid, not the original list price.

How long do warranty claims take?

Warranty claims (fading, breakage under normal wear) are handled separately and have their own timeline, typically 2-4 weeks for repair or replacement. See the Lifetime Warranty policy.

I missed the 14-day window, can I still return?

After 14 days, returns are at SKRT's discretion. We may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis. Email customersupport@iskrt.com to inquire.

What about international returns?

International returns follow the same process. Note that customs/import duties paid on the original order are not refundable by SKRT, only the product cost. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
