This notice is for California residents. It explains what personal information SKRT Jewelry and Apparel LLC ("SKRT", "we") collects when you visit iskrt.com or shop with us, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

• Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, IP address, and account or order identifiers.
• Customer records and commercial information: products you purchased or considered, order history, payment details handled by our payment providers, and customer service messages.
• Internet or other electronic activity: pages you view, products you click, cart activity, and how you arrived at our store, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Approximate geolocation: a general location (city or region) inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Inferences: preferences we draw from your activity, such as the styles or products you are likely to be interested in.

Where This Information Comes From

• Directly from you, when you place an order, create an account, join our email or SMS list, or contact customer support.
• Automatically, through cookies and analytics tools while you browse. These include Shopify's own cookies, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Microsoft Clarity, and Klaviyo (our email and onsite tool). A Meta pixel may also be active through our sales channel integrations.
• From service providers, such as payment processors and shipping carriers, in the course of completing your order.

Advertising and "Sharing"

We do not sell your personal information for money. Like most online stores, though, we use advertising and analytics tools that involve disclosing some information (such as cookie data and browsing activity) to companies like Google and Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. Minors

Our store is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
