What is the minimum and maximum purchase for Shop Pay?

To use Shop Pay Installments, your order subtotal must be between $35.00 and $30,000.00 (after discounts applied).

What will I need to use Shop Pay?

In order to use Shop Pay Installments, you must:

• Live in the US
• Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
• Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase

Are there fees associated with Shop Pay?

Most SKRT orders qualify for the interest-free option. On subtotals from $50.00 to $999.99 you can split the cost into 3 or 4 payments at 0% APR, and from $35.00 to $49.99 into 2 payments at 0% APR. Longer monthly plans of 3, 6 or 12 payments are also offered and these carry interest at 15% APR; the rate and the total are always shown before you confirm. Shop Pay Installments charges no late fees, and checking your eligibility does not affect your credit score.

If I return items from an order which I paid for with Shop Pay, will I receive a refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (for Shop Pay Installments, the card on your installment plan), less the 15% restocking fee that applies to every monetary refund. Exchanges and store credit carry no fee at all. A refund does not automatically cancel your Shop Pay installments: when returning items by mail on a purchase made using Shop Pay, you will still need to complete your payments to Shop Pay, as SKRT processes returns and refunds separately.
