We respond to most emails within 24 hours during business days. Complex requests (warranty claims, custom orders) may take up to 2-3 business days.

What to include in your email

To help us help you faster, please include:

  • Your order number (from your confirmation email) in the subject line
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear description of your question or issue
  • Photos (for damage, defect, or fit issues)

Hours

SKRT customer support operates Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. Emails sent outside these hours are queued and answered on the next business day.

Topic-specific subject lines

To get your email routed to the right team, please use one of these subject lines when applicable:

  • Order question: "Order: [order number]"
  • Return request: "Return: [order number]"
  • Warranty claim: "Warranty: [order number]"
  • Custom jewelry inquiry: "Custom: [your name]"

Influencer & Brand Partnerships

If you're an influencer or content creator interested in working with SKRT, please send your portfolio, social handles, and partnership proposal to customersupport@iskrt.com with the subject "Influencer: [your name]".

What we don't do by email

For your security, we will never ask you for:

  • Credit card numbers or CVV codes
  • Account passwords
  • Social Security or government ID numbers

If you receive a message claiming to be from SKRT asking for any of these, please forward it to customersupport@iskrt.com and do not reply.
