Ordering
Common questions about placing your order.
How do I place an order?
Add your desired items to your cart by clicking "Add to cart". When you're ready, click the cart icon in the top right, review your items, apply a discount code if you have one, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment info, then confirm the order.
How do I know my order has been received?
You'll get a confirmation email immediately after checkout. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. You can also pay over time with Klarna (4 interest-free payments) or Shop Pay Installments (4 interest-free payments) at checkout. For bank wire or Zelle, contact us ahead of time.
I put an incorrect address when placing my order. What can I do?
Contact us right away at customersupport@iskrt.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it so you can re-order with the correct info. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

What does SKRT charge for shipping?
Free shipping on every U.S. order, no minimum required. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. International orders take 7-21 business days. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed.
When will I know my order has shipped?
You'll receive an email with the tracking number once your order ships. You can check the carrier's tracking page anytime until delivery.
If my shipping address is outside the U.S., will I have to pay an import tax?
Possibly. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
Tracking shows my package as delivered but I don't have it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors and household members, and look around your delivery location (mailbox, porch, building lobby). If you still can't locate it, contact the shipping carrier within 48 hours to file a missing-package claim, and email us at customersupport@iskrt.com so we can help you follow up.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all original packaging intact. Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable. Is the jewelry real gold?
Our pieces are crafted from premium 18K white, yellow, or rose gold plated over a durable zinc alloy base. Our proprietary multi-layer plating process bonds real gold to the base for lasting brilliance and tarnish resistance. Diamond pieces feature 5A-grade cubic zirconia stones, hand-set for maximum sparkle, and are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
