All Exchanges and Repairs must be approved by a SKRT customer service representative. Please read our Exchange Policy online. We can not refund any other payment method but the one used to place the order. THE ARRIVAL OF THE PACKAGE IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY ! We accept exchanges / repairs / returns up to 7 days after the delivery date of your order, according to the postal service. All the items that are being returned / exchanged must be in NEW CONDITION. Please, only return the item(s) being exchanged in a bubble wrapped / padded envelope. SKRT LLC will not be responsible for items lost or damaged due to poor packaging or shipping to wrong address. You do not need to include the original packaging such as the jewelry box, stickers, bubble wrap etc. This will help reduce shipping costs and allow us to process the order much faster.
