How does it work?

If your product damages, fades or stops working under normal wear, our lifetime guarantee will entitle you to unlimited times of replacements for your piece - free of charge! If your product was damaged NOT under normal use such as accidental breakage, scratches or water damage, our lifetime guarantee will entitle you to unlimited times of replacements for your piece at a price of 50% of the original cost on the website.

What's the process?

Below you will find our lifetime guarantee claiming form. First, you will need to insert your order number, full name, and submit two clear photos of the damaged product you have. Once you have submitted the form, SKRT® customer support team will reach back to you within up to 72 business hours. If your order is eligible to be covered by our lifetime guarantee, we will then ask you to ship the product back to us for a free exchange or for an exchange that will cost 50% of the original purchased price in order for us to ship the new product to you.
