EXCHANGE AND RETURN WITH SKRT
Exchanges and Returns with SKRT are very easy! Please pack the jewelry you wish to exchange together with a note stating your:
1. Order number
2. Full name
3. Phone number
4. A short description of what you need to exchange, what size / color you will need instead and please provide us with any additional information that can help making your exchange process as easy and quick as possible.
We, at SKRT® accept returns within 5 days from the date your item was delivered. Your package has to be delivered to us within less than 5 days from the day it’s been delivered to you in order for us to process a return or an exchange. SKRT® is not liable for the shipping and packaging fees in the event of returning to exchange sizes or in the event of returning. All returns are subject to 25% return / restocking fee from the original order value (In order to cover handling, restocking, cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting, replacing worn out parts and repackaging). 25% return fee does not include a return label. Returned orders are processed in form of SKRT store credit. Shipping is 100% non-refundable.
SKRT® is not liable for lost/ missing packages sent for a return or late arrivals due any reason. Failure to provide customer service team with a return tracking number may result in an ineligible return.

***VERY IMPORTANT TO READ***
- If you are exchanging jewelry, please make sure to pack the it safely and make sure NOTHING moves inside the package by testing it and shaking the package after it’s packed to see that nothing moves inside. ***We can only accept jewelry that arrives back to us in new condition as we will need to disinfect it and restock it.
- We HIGHLY recommend insuring your package at least for the amount of money you paid. If the package is lost, this is the only way to receive your money back. PLEASE NOTE we will NOT be responsible for lost packages.
- You MUST save the receipt you received from the post office, including the tracking number and send it to us so we can track it.
Please print, fill out and include this form inside your package with relevant information concerning your order. Packages received with no exchange/ return form will not be processed, therefore not eligible for exchange or return.
